Corrected the AML/CTF Tranche 2 commencement: agencies have been captured since 31 March 2026; the obligations commenced 1 July 2026.
Retention & destruction schedule v1.1
Corrected the date real-estate agencies became reporting entities, 31 March 2026 not 1 July 2026, in the note on the ID-copy transitional rule.
